With more than 25 years' experience in hospitality, management and wellbeing, Jennifer understands what pressure looks and feels like in busy working environments.
She spent over five years working as an Activities Coordinator in residential care, designing meaningful activities and working alongside care teams to help create calmer, more settled day-to-day environments for residents.
Bringing together her experience in hospitality, management, care and wellbeing, Jennifer developed The Reset Method.
The Reset Method is a practical approach that helps people recognise pressure early, regulate in the moment and return to clearer thinking. It gives people practical skills they can use before meetings, difficult conversations, busy shifts, exams or whenever pressure begins to build.
Today Jennifer delivers The Reset Method in workplaces, schools, nursing homes and hospitality settings across Ireland.
