Hospitality

Service is a sprint. Make the recovery as good as the run.

Gallipot works with hotels, restaurants and venues across Ireland to give front of house, kitchen and management teams a practical way to reset between services and across the season.

What Jennifer delivers

Three formats, tailored to your team size, schedule and goals.

01

Pre-service resets

Short team sessions to land the floor and the kitchen before doors open.

02

Off-season workshops

Longer training in The Reset Method during quieter weeks.

03

Manager 1:1s

Coaching for GMs, head chefs and duty managers carrying the room.

Hospitality is where my career began

For many years I worked in hospitality and management, so I understand the pace, the pressure and the responsibility that comes with looking after guests while supporting a team.

I know what it's like to work long shifts, deal with changing rosters, manage difficult situations and keep showing up with a smile, even when the day hasn't gone to plan.

The Reset Method grew from those experiences. It's designed to give hospitality teams practical skills they can use in the middle of a busy day, not something they have to remember weeks later.

By helping staff recognise pressure early and reset between demanding periods, teams can feel calmer, handovers become smoother and workplaces become places where people are more likely to stay and grow.

Frequently asked questions

Why hospitality?

Jennifer spent many years working in hospitality herself. She understands the pace, the pressure and the responsibility that comes with looking after guests while supporting a team. The Reset Method was developed with real working environments in mind.

Is this suitable during busy seasons?

Yes. Sessions can be delivered before busy periods to help teams prepare, or during quieter times between services. Jennifer works around your roster rather than expecting you to work around hers.

Who is this for?

Hotels, restaurants, bars, venues and event teams across Ireland. Front of house, kitchen brigades, housekeeping, reception and the GMs, head chefs and duty managers carrying the room.

When do sessions fit best?

Pre-service resets run in the gap between shifts. Longer workshops sit naturally in the off-season or shoulder weeks. Jennifer designs around the roster, not the other way round.

What does a session look like?

A quiet on-site space, calming sensory setup and either short 1:1 resets or a group workshop. Staff leave settled, focused and ready for service.
