Privacy Notice

• Your name and organisation
• Email address and phone number
• Sector, approximate group size, location and preferred date or timeframe
• What you would like the session to achieve
• The date and time you ticked the consent box
• Standard server information such as request time and basic logs

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange a session with Jennifer Byrne. We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't profile you, and we don't share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet that only Jennifer can access, and a notification email is sent to her inbox. Google acts as our processor for that storage. No one else sees your enquiry.

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
• If you become a client, correspondence is kept while we're working together and then for 6 years in line with standard Irish business record requirements.
• You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your details
• Stop using your details for any specific purpose
